In December of 2012, SINOSTEEL MECC won the bid of Coal Moisture Adjustment for the coking plant of Liuzhou Iron & Steel Company. As the key construction project of Liuzhou Iron & Steel Company in 2013, this project will introduce technology for moisture control via screening by steps and built-in thermal EN-CMC for the first time in the domestic coal process. The technology is the latest achievement of strategic cooperation between EN Technology and SINOSTEEL MECC on coal moisture control and lignite upgrading in terms of projects construction and related technology and product engineering.

The coal moisture control technology will improve coke quality and reduce coke cost, which is one of the energy saving and environmental protection technologies and vigorously promoted in the 12th Five-Year Plan of China. Being the accumulation and continuation of our projects for Liuzhou Iron & Steel Company in the recent decade as well as the reorganization of the client, the winning of this bid has demonstrative value for coal moisture control projects expansion in domestic and international market.
