After the No.1 &No.2 Converter and Continuous Caster of Steel Making & Continuous Casting Project contracted by MECC f or Cangzhou Zongheng Industries Limited thoroughly put into production, the heat loading tests of No.3 Converter and Continuous Caster were successfully achieved in one time also in 4th Nov.2010, which signified the major construct target of Phase II Steel Making & Continuous Casting Project contracted by MECC was finished and the project completely put into production.

From the beginning of construction for No.3 Converter with capacity of 150T and Plate Continuous Caster in Dec.2009, MECC overcame the barrier of unsatisfying construction conditions and the difficulty of parallel work between Phase I production and Phase II Construction with the cooperation of the construction companies and the Owner, well organizing and realizing the heat loading test in one time within only one year. MECC not only satisfied the requirements of the Owner, but also showed the strong potential in Steel Making & Continuous Casting Package of EPC Project for grand iron and steel complex.

Actually, MECC Cangzhou Zongheng Project team is actively organizing the on-the-spot technical supervisor and project administration personnel in order to guarantee the smooth production of No.3 Converter with capacity of 150T and Plate Continuous Caster
