There are 332 employees in SINOSTEEL MECC at the end of December, 2004. Ninety six persons of long term staff attained senior engineers and senior economist engineers. Eighty five percent long term staff were college students or post graduate students before their graduation.
The 70 percent of staff is engineering member, which included 7 professors, 3 patent licensee, 40 professional qualification owners. Through practice and all kinds of training programs, they are skillful in project management and technical services. Some well-known experts in iron making, steel making, rolling mill and automation are engaged for the technique support as well.
The technical staff whose foreign languages covered 7 areas-English, Japanese, Germany, French, Russian, Korea and Vietnam can provide better services and added value services in marketing development and engineering projects with their experiences.
