Main technical characteristics:

The production methods involve coal preparation, tamping and coking, waste gas and heat power generation, desulphidation and dust removal, realizing comprehensive utilization of resources. The coke oven is a new generation tamping and clean type coke oven renovated on the basis of the first generation heat recovery coke oven in China and has such advantages as short flow, short construction period, high coke quality, cleaner production and comprehensive utilization of energy etc. In addition, the waste heat from plenty of fume generated by the coke oven can be used to generate steam for power generation of steam turbo generators, thus realizing full utilization of resources and resulting in very remarkable economic and social benefits.
Project highlight:
this coke oven project is the first non-recovery type coke oven project contracted by SINOSTEEL MECC from overseas market.
