In Aug. 26, 2011, Sinosteeel MECC was awarded the 30MW Submerged Arc Furnace Fume Waste-heat Recovery Power Generation Plant project from Tubatse Chrome in South Africa. Including boilers, steam-pipes, deionizing plant, condensate cooling plant, turbines,generators, and substations which will perform and achieve the Project and milestones and deliverables.

The Project includes all the work that Sinosteel shall perform including the design, engineering,manufacture, transport, supply, supervision of erection, installation and commissioning, including the 3 month postcommissioning and training of specified Tubatse personnel.
