Under Kungang Honghe Iron & Steel Phase I Project (including material charging, sintering, blast furnace and auxiliary public utilities), contracted by SINOSTEEL MECC, the tapping of the blast furnace was successful once for all on February 23rd, while the hot commissioning of the sintering system was also successfully achieved with all first-class quality products, on the afternoon of February 28th. This achievement can not be made without SINOSTEEL MECC staff’s careful organizing, their strengthened cooperating with the owner, designing, equipment manufacturing, construction companies etc, overcoming multiple difficulties, and their over 11 months hard site working. Up to now the project has been put into trial production. Our Honghe Project Group colleagues are making all their efforts on the successful performance test and formal production run of the project
