On September 20, 2016, the "Ultra-low Emission Technology and Equipments for Steel Kiln Furnace Dust Particulate" was identified by the expert committee comprised of domestically well-known experts of the field. The Technology, featuring the advantages of high capture efficiency, remarkable energy saving effect, stable operation and easy maintenance, was recognized internationally advanced for its core technology.
Targeting the furnace kiln particulate pollution problem, 0.08 deniar sea-island fiber and labyrinth type bag outlet clamping device, which were already industrialized, had been researched for the technology. The precharging electrostatic filter of independent intellectual property right has made great breakthrough.
The technology has been industrially applied to the 2x186t converters of Anshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., and dust emission was proven to be stably up-to-standard after one and half year trial. As tested by CMA qualified third party, the particulate emission content＜10mg/m3 and PM2.5 capturing efficiency＞99% has achieved ultra low emission. The technology would be widely used for industrial furnace kiln dust particulate high efficiency purification projects in metallurgical, nonferrous, construction and chemical industries.
