Scope: 1×198m2 sinter machine and auxiliary facilities, including plant engineering, equipment supply, technical instruction
Main technical features: applied with reliable sintering technology and advanced auto-control equipments, the project was known as "the most technology and equipemnt advanced sinter plant with shortest constuction duration". Technologies of automatic weight proportioning, intensive mixing granulation, low temperature iginition and insulation, thick bed sintering and waste gas heat recovery were adopted.
Project highlights:
gas waste heat recovery device to reduce waste gas emission, which protected environment and increased energy utilization efficiency;
complete basic automation and process detection and control, with application of EIC integrative control system to perform the functions of data collection, auto control, parameter display, alarm and table printing, which greatly reduced work intensity, saved operation cost and improved plant management level.
