The 300T ladle monolithic casting project of Masteel,contracted by Sinosteel MECC, was successfully passed the final acceptance and put into use in production through great efforts and hard work during 15 months, by involving a number of the technicians and working on-site staff, on Feb 24, 2007.

The 300T ladle monolithic casting is one of the key projects in the new plant construction of Masteel. During this project, Sinosteel MECC further improved the techniques in the process and gained the patents in terms of new process, techniques and complete set of equipment. The improved process not only made great contribution to increasing products’ quality, lowering cost and ensuring safe production and protecting environment, but also brought benefits for Masteel both in economy and society. Further more this project will be advantageous, for Sinsteel MECC, of developing domestic and overseas market of ladle monolithic casting.
