On June 16th, 2011, Vouching Technical Inspection Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as VTI) officially issued "Notice of SINOSTEEL MECC passing the second inspection and assessment" (Vouching Certification No. [2011] 997, 998, 999), indicating that SINOSTEEL MECC's three major management systems of quality, environment and occupational health and safety respectively meet the requirements of GB/T19001-2008 idt ISO9001:2008, GB/T24001-2004 idt ISO14001:2004, GB/T28001:2001, and function effectively.

VTI certification group deems that in 2010-2011, the three major management systems of SINOSTEEL MECC functioned in good status. The quality, occupational health and safety, and environment policies stipulated by the company with contents of "leading technology, strict management, establishing credible and satisfactory service; people oriented, safety first, guaranteeing staffs' occupational health; legal compliance, economization and environmental protection, building harmonious working environment; scientific development, persistent improvement, constructing the top level innovative enterprise" as well as a series of systems, regulations and requirements stipulated are ensuring effective integration of the requirements of three major management systems with the company's routine operation and management.

SINOSTEEL MECC's passing of the inspection and certification of the three major management systems and Quality Management System of changed version of 2008 further improves the company's operation and management level as well as the market competitiveness, and lays a solid foundation for the sustained, stable and healthy development of the company.
