The newly constructed project of Xingxheng Steel’s 99m2 sinter machine, which was contracted by SINOSTEEL MECC, successfully passed through hot load test on Dec.24 2004 and the products all achieved first-grade level. The project was expected to begin its continuous production on Jan.3 2005.

Also contracted by SINOSTEEL MECC, Xingcheng Steel’s 530m3 BF and Hot Blast Stoves started furnace baking on Dec.25 and Nov.25 2004 respectively. With ignition on Jan.5 2005, the first hot metal produced. The smoothly start-up of two projects was the efforts of the whole company, and again displayed SINOSTEEL MECC’ technical strength and its good reputation among the industry
