Main technical features:

1) compact and rational general layout  led to smooth material flow and meanwhile considered easy production and maintenance;

complete process flow within battery limit and advanced technical index;

2) intensive mixer was selected to improve mixing homogeneousness of iron concentrate and bentonite as well as intensity of green pellet, and reduce bentonite consumption; 

3) integrating swinging belt+wide belt+roller distributor for precise control of material distribution quality;

4) combination of gas circulating system and advanced process flow was improved to maximize the gas waste heat recovery and fuel saving, and reduce energy consumption;

5) circular cooler will ensure cooling effect and complete recovery of cooled waste heat, realizing energy saving and prevention of environment pollution;

6) improvements to detail structures of chain grate, rotary kiln and circular cooler were made for easy installation, maintenance and operation.
