Sinosteel MECC contracted for the construction of 1.5 million ton Grate-Kiln Project of Masteel. On August 28th, 2007 the project was successfully put into production after individual and interlock commissioning. The is another large scale grate-kiln line successfully constructed by MECC in the wake of accomplishment of 2.4 million ton pellet line for Louzhou Steel and 2 million ton pellet line for Handan Steel.

Masteel 1.5 million ton grate kiln is one of the key construction projects for its newly developing zone. Sinosteel MECC is responsible for the main contract work. The success of the project further strengthens the sound cooperation between Masteel and MECC as well as the brilliant brand name of Sinosteel. This will help Sinosteel MECC further explore both domestic and overseas market.

Presently the project is running well and is able to meet all the requirements of engineering. Now the trial production is undergoing steadily. Sinosteel Staffers are making their ultimate effort to escort the project for its final acceptance.
